Please read our cancellation policy carefully before confirming your reservation. By making a booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding room and banquet cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling.

Room Booking

Cancellation Policy

Room reservations are confirmed only after successful payment and are subject to the following cancellation terms.

  • All room bookings are non-cancellable.
  • Once confirmed, bookings cannot be cancelled.
  • No refund will be provided for cancellations, early check-out, or no-shows.
  • Date changes are subject to room availability and hotel approval.

Banquet Booking

Cancellation Policy

Banquet reservations are made exclusively for your event and are governed by the following cancellation terms.

  • All banquet bookings are non-cancellable.
  • No refund will be provided under any circumstances.
  • Guests may request a one-time rescheduling of the event.
  • The event date may be extended up to six (6) months from the original booking date.
  • Rescheduling is subject to banquet availability.
  • Only one date change is permitted.
  • If the event is not conducted within six (6) months, the booking will automatically expire.
